We are wholesalers and distributers of bathroom vanities. We only allow resellers of bathroom vanities to purchase from us. We will require proper business identification (i.e. a copy of a vendor's permit or business license) to set up an account. We do allow our customers' clients to come to the showroom if an appointment has been made in advance. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to shipment and to, without notice and at our sole discretion, limit quantities on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. HST is applicable on all CDN orders (except for provinces that pay only GST). All Canadian prices are quoted FOB Warehouse in Mississauga, ON. We do not except cheques as a form of payment. All merchandise is the property of Decorating Details Inc. until paid in full.

All orders must be place either in person or via purchase order or other written communication. All orders must be confirmed in writing before the order can be processed. When you receive a copy of your invoice, please confirm that the item code matches the exact vanity that you wish to purchase (you can search the code on our website and find the corresponding photo), and that the cabinet colour, marble colour, vanity size etc. are correct. Thank you for your cooperation.

All orders must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Payment options offered for all orders are as follows: Visa - Master Card – Interac - Cash - Money Order. All credit card payments that are not made in person must be accompanied by a completed and signed "Decorating Details Credit Card Authorization Form" for each invoice. We do not keep a blanket credit card authorization form on file or reuse the same one. All credits will be issued in the form of a credit memo. All sales are final.

All domestic freight charges are pre-paid and billed on the customer's invoice. It is the responsibility of our customers to let us know if they need a tailgate or any special shipping arrangements that may add to the cost of shipping. Decorating Details has the right to charge for any extra transportation costs incurred if the customer did not disclose the need for special shipping arrangements (ie. tailgate charges). To ensure safe and/or economical shipping, customers may be asked to increase an order.

We ship to all Canadian addresses through select carriers that provide "to door" tracking. If there is no request for a specific shipping carrier, then the one with lowest shipping cost will be chosen. We mostly use Apex, Nesel, and Clarke Transport/Clarke Corridor for shipping large items, and Canpar for smaller items.

Shipments are generally shipped within a day or two after payment has been received for the order. We reserve the right to limit the amount of days a paid order can be stored in our warehouse. If we need the space, we will call the customer to arrange for pick-up.

Shipping costs are determined by a combination of the following: a) the combined weight and measurements of the shipment, b) single piece or multiple piece shipment, c) the city it is being delivered to, and d) whether or not a tailgate is required. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will place the item on backorder, and notify the customer by email, fax or phone when it becomes available. When the merchandise has been restocked, we will notify the customer again to reconfirm shipping.

{slider Click-Here Return Policy and Damage Claims}

In order for us to process any returns or claims more efficiently and effectively, it has become necessary to implement the following: All merchandise shipped from Decorating Details Inc. is carefully pre-checked at our warehouse and is shipped intact. Please note that the carrier has assumed responsibility for delivering your shipment to you safely. For your protection, we request you inspect merchandise upon arrival and/or sign the shipping record "subject to inspection." If you receive obviously damaged cartons, or there are missing cartons, please ensure that the driver makes note of these discrepancies. It is important that you keep all damaged shipping cartons and damaged contents.

Contact the carrier and Decorating Details Inc. at 905.564.3358 immediately to file a claim and request an inspection. Take pictures if possible.

DECORATING DETAILS INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. Concealed damages discovered after the fact should be reported to our claims department immediately. A decision will be made at that time as to how the claim will be addressed. Claims for defective merchandise due to manufacturing defects must be made to our claims department within 5 days of receipt of goods. All claims, for whatever reason, must be made to our claims department. In your correspondence with our customer service personnel, please include your company name, your company's phone number, the invoice number, the item number and a brief description of the damage incurred. Decorating Details has the right to request pictures of the damaged item be emailed or mailed to us for verification. All claims and/or returns made without our prior authorization will be refused.

Authorized returns must be properly packaged for shipping, and received in good condition. All products must be returned in the original packaging. If the claim is justified, part replacement, product repair, or an exchange will be made as deemed necessary. A reasonable amount of touch-up and part replacement is the responsibility of the dealer. When necessary, the dealer is expected to sell slightly damaged products "as is." Most of our items are made of Asian hardwoods and wood blends which may contract or expand due to sudden changes in temperature. All items are shipped from our warehouse in good condition, and will remain that condition under normal room temperature.

We are not responsible for any improper care that causes damage and deformation to our products. Since most of our items are made in Orient, minor contraction or expansion of the wood may still occur. This condition is a natural occurrence that is not considered as "damage," and will not be covered by our Return Policy.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CLAIMS AND/OR RETURNS BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS. PLEASE REMEMBER: WHEN SIGNING TRANSPORT DOCUMENTS, ALWAYS INCLUDE "Subject to Inspection."
